The Vicar of Christ is not the "loving Father of them all". Heretics and jews do not ascribe to the Papacy, they hate it, and they hate Christ. This statement shows that "Pius XII", sadly, didn't have the logic of a five year old. The office of the Papacy is not filled at this time, our formerly Catholic buildings have been lost to the Vatican-2 jew-heretic cult.
3	Para 7	"Built together into a holy temple, far surpassing any temple built by hands, into a habitation of God in the Spirit."	An attack against the Physical Presence of Christ in the Eucharist in Catholic Churches ... prior to 1965 when the Catholic Church had physical buildings.
4	Para 63	"So the social structure of the Christian community."	Reducing the Kingdom of God to a "social structure" a mere "community". This is one of the favorite tricks of the Vatican-2 jew-heretic group leaders: Put a sign in front their Vatican-2 meeting halls that reads "Catholic community of St. XXXX". This makes it look like the Catholic Church is saying that the Church is just a nice to have "community" and is totally optional ... but the Catholic Church is saying no such thing, the demons running the Vatican-2 cult meeting halls are sending out this lie to the heretics and un-baptized pagans who drive by these signs.
5	Para 63	"Though it proclaims the wisdom of its divine Architect."	Anti-Christ masons call God an "Architect". God is not an architect, along the lines of men, He is the Creator. We should wonder why "Pius XII" was talking like a satanic freemason.
6	Para 87	"The social Body of Jesus Christ in which each individual member retains his own personal freedom, responsibility, and principles of conduct."	It is heresy to say that Catholics retain "their own principles of conduct". Catholics are to follow the Catholic dogmas on morality. Pius XII attacking the right of God's Church to define on matters of morality.
7	Para 87	"No less far from the truth is the dangerous error of those who endeavor to deduce from the mysterious union of us all with Christ a certain unhealthy quietism."	Rank heresy. There is no "mysterious union of us all with Christ". Either you are physically baptized with water into the Catholic Church (and believe its Dogmas) or you do not.
8	Para 103	"As you know, Venerable Brethren, from the very beginning of Our Pontificate, We have committed to the protection and guidance of heaven those who do not belong to the visible Body of the Catholic Church."	There is no "protection" from Heaven, for anti-Christ heretics and the un-baptized pagans who call themselves jews. Also Heaven is not "guiding" heretics and jews ... the devil is. This claim by "Pius XII" is completely ludicrous.
9	Para 103	"We ask each and every one of them to correspond to the interior movements of grace, and to seek to withdraw from that state in which they cannot be sure of their salvation."	This lie states that heretics might be saved in their anti-Christ meeting halls (they cannot) so this statement is the height of wickedness, directly contributing to the damnation of heretic souls.
10	Para 103	"For even though by an unconscious desire and longing they have a certain relationship with the Mystical Body of the Redeemer."	There is no "relationship" between Jesus Christ and the anti-Christ heretics, to say that there is, is a soul damning lie.
11	Para 104	"For men must be effectively drawn to the truth by the Father of light through the Spirit of His beloved Son."	This is the heresy of quietism, in that we are to try to make disciples of all nations by telling them the truth of the one and only way to save their souls ... not sit back and let people be "drawn" by God.
12	Para 104	"Unfortunately many are still wandering far from Catholic truth, being unwilling to follow the inspirations of divine grace, because neither they nor the faithful pray to God with sufficient fervor."	Error in that prayer is not all of what we are instructed to do to bring people to God's Catholic truth. We are supposed to go out and tell them the truth about the one and only way to save their souls.
13	Para 105	"Supplications should be offered for kings, princes, and for all those who govern nations and are thus in a position to assist the Church."	Heretics who govern nations do not "assist the Church" they attack the Church with their lies.
14	Para 105	"We must plead with God to grant that the rulers of nations may love wisdom, so that the severe judgment of the Holy Spirit may never fall on them."	Incredible ... how can the "rulers of nations" "love wisdom" or truth when they are truth rejecting heretics. There is no wisdom or truth outside of the Catholic Church.
15	Para 105	"We must plead with God to grant that the rulers of nations may love wisdom, so that the severe judgment of the Holy Spirit may never fall on them."	The anger of the Holy Spirit is already on the rulers of nations who are heretics because they are rejecting God's Church. The Holy Spirit does not operate outside of the Catholic Church, excepting actual grace to prompt people to enter the Catholic Church.
16	Para 108	"Rather let those weighty words of Our immortal predecessor Leo the Great be deeply engraven on our minds, that by Baptism we are made flesh of the Crucified."	More heresy, baptism alone does not make us "flesh of the Crucified". After the age of reason you must keep the whole law of the Church.
17	Para 109	"If we have really at heart the salvation of the whole human family, purchased by the precious Blood".	Wrong again, the Blood of Christ does not apply to "the whole human family". It does not purchase anyone unto salvation who is outside the Catholic Church. The Priestly Sacrifice of Christ applies only to Catholics, not to heretics or to the pagans who call themselves jews..
18	Para 109	"Great dangers threaten the whole of human Society and the Church herself, let us commit ourselves and all that we have to the Father of mercies, crying out."	The "Father of mercies" is not the Father of "the whole of human society". God is not the Father of traitorous heretics and infidel jews. This is heresy. The "whole of human society" is not with God the Father, only Catholics are. God is also the Father of justice not just mercy. Catholics glorify God in His mercy, heretics and the un-baptized pagans who call themselves jews glorify God in the justice of His condemnation of them.
19	Para 109	"Great dangers threaten the whole of human Society and the Church herself, let us commit ourselves and all that we have to the Father of mercies, crying out."	More heresy, there is no "committing ourselves to the Father", for those outside His Covenant which is the Catholic Church. If the heretics and jew-pagans were "committed to the Father" they would be Catholic.
20	Para 111	"May she throw about the Church today, as in times gone by, the mantle of her protection and obtain from God that now at last the Church and all mankind may enjoy more peaceful days."	The "mantle of protection" of the Blessed Virgin does not apply to "all mankind." Her protection does not apply to anti-Christ heretics and or jew-pagans. This is heresy. Clearly, "Pius XII" was not under the mantle of protection of the Blessed Virgin when he was scribbling this heresy in his "encyclical". Pius XII did not publicly retract his publicly propagated heresies which means he is in Hell forever.

Mary Ball Martinez's book: "The Undermining of the Catholic Church" documents in great detail other actions that "Benedict XV", "Pius XI", and "Pius XII" took against the Church to cause it to be greatly reduced in numbers in our time.
